III. DECLARATION

I declare that, as the operator of your personal data, I fulfill all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, especially Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data Protection Act”) and the GDPR, and therefore that:

· I will process your personal data only on the basis of a valid legal reason, in particular a legitimate interest, performance of the contract, legal obligation or consent.

· I fulfill the information obligation under Article 13 of the GDPR before the processing of personal data begins.

· I will enable and support you in exercising and enforcing your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR.

 

IV. SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

I process personal data that you entrust to me yourself, for the following reasons (to fulfill these purposes):

Provision of services, performance of the contract.

Your personal data in the range: e-mail, name, surname, residential address, in case of purchase; as an entrepreneur or company also Company ID number and Tax ID number or VAT number, which I absolutely need to fulfill the contract (e.g. delivery of goods, etc.), only if necessary account number (e.g. when returning the deposit if the service is not performed), telephone contact only in case of service order and only for the necessary communication.

Bookkeeping

If you are a customer, I absolutely need your personal data (billing data) to comply with the legal obligation to issue and record tax documents. The tax document will be kept for 10 years from the termination of the contract: In order to fulfill the legal obligation to archive accounting documents on the basis of Act No. 563/1991 Coll. on accounting, as amended, your personal data will be further processed and stored for a period of 10 years from the year following the year in which the contract between the operator and the customer was concluded.

Marketing - sending information e-mails

If you are my customer, I do so out of a legitimate interest, because I reasonably assume that you are interested in my news, for a period of 10 years from the last order. If you are not my customer, I will send you informational e-mails only with your consent, for a period of 10 years from its granting. You agree to me by sending a request to send information e-mails to the e-mail address you provided. Sending such a request to my e-mail daniela.matuchova@gmail.com is a clear expression of your consent to the processing of your personal data in the scope of e-mail or name. In both cases, you can revoke this consent at any time by contacting me by e-mail: daniela.matuchova@gmail.com

Photographic documentation, references

Only with your consent can I use your photos, videos or written references on my site until you revoke your consent. You can revoke it at any time via our contact details. I retain your personal data for the duration of the limitation periods, unless the law provides for a longer period for their retention or unless otherwise stated in specific cases.

VI. SECURITY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

I protect personal data to the maximum extent possible using modern technologies that correspond to the level of technical development. I protect them as if they were my own. I have taken and maintain all possible (currently known) technical and organizational measures that prevent the misuse, damage or destruction of your personal data, and thus:

· Secure access to my computer (password protected).

· Secure access to my phone (secured with a password and fingerprint reader).

· Secure access to my e-mail boxes (secured by username and password).

· Regular software updates.

· Securely locked establishment (secured by a lockable door). In the establishment in a lockable metal container.

Personal data will be processed in electronic form or in printed form in a non-automated manner.

 

VII. PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

Apart from me, only the accounting firm with which I have a brokerage contract has access to your personal data.

Personal data that I process as an operator as well as a processor, I can make available only to intermediaries who are involved in the running of my business (accountant). Other entities are allowed access only for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations. I assure you that both I and the intermediary who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would jeopardize the security of your personal data. At the same time, this secrecy continues even after the end of my contractual relations with me. Your personal data will not be disclosed to any other third party without your consent. It is possible that in the future I will decide to use other applications or intermediaries to facilitate and improve processing. However, I promise you that in such a case, when choosing, I will place at least the same demands on the intermediary for the security and quality of processing as on myself and the current intermediaries. I will not provide your data to third countries. I process data exclusively in the European Union or in countries that provide an adequate level of protection based on a decision of the European Commission.

 

VIII. YOUR RIGHTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

You have the right to information that is already filled in this information page with the principles of personal data processing.

Thanks to the right of access, you can call me at any time and I will show you within 15 days what your personal data is being processed and why.

If something changes or you consider your personal data to be out of date or incomplete, you have the right to supplement and change your personal data.

You can exercise the right to restrict processing if you believe that I am processing your inaccurate data, that you believe that I am processing data illegally, but you do not want to delete all data or that you have objected to the processing. You can limit the scope of personal data or the purpose of processing (for example, by unsubscribing from information e-mails, you limit the purpose of processing to sending business offers).

Right of portability: If you would like to take your personal data and transfer it to someone else, we will proceed in the same way as when exercising the right of access - except that I will send you the information in machine-readable form. In this case, I need at least 20 days.

Right to erase (be forgotten): Your next right is the right to erase (be forgotten). I don't want to forget you, but if you want to, you have a right to it. In this case, I will delete all your personal data from my system as well as from the system of all intermediaries and backups. I need 10 days to secure the right to delete. In some cases, I am bound by a legal obligation, and e.g. I must register the issued tax documents for the period stipulated by law.

In this case, I will delete all such personal data that are not bound by another law. I will notify you by email when the deletion is complete.

Right to complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection: If you feel that I am not processing your data in accordance with the law, you have the right to lodge your complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection at any time. I will be happy if you inform me of this suspicion first so that I can do something about it and correct any mistake.

Unsubscribe from informational emails and business offers

I send you emails with inspiration, articles or products and services if you are my customer based on my legitimate interest.

IX. CONFIDENTIALITY

I would like to assure you that I and my intermediaries who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would jeopardize the security of your personal data. At the same time, this secrecy continues even after the end of our contractual relations with us. Your personal data will not be disclosed to any other third party without your consent.

This policy of personal data processing is valid from 25.05.2018
